Affiliate Program
Earn recurring commissions by referring web agencies and freelancers to Swokei. When someone signs up using your unique referral link and becomes a paying customer, you keep earning 30% of their subscription payment for as long as they stay subscribed.
How the program works
The Swokei affiliate program is straightforward: you get a unique referral link that tracks anyone who signs up through it. When a referred person upgrades to any paid plan, you earn 30% of their subscription amount. Best part — the commission is recurring, so you keep earning every month they stay subscribed, not just on their first payment.
- Commission rate: 30% of each referred user's subscription payment
- Recurring commissions: you earn on every payment for as long as they're a customer
- 30-day tracking window: anyone who clicks your link has 30 days to sign up and be credited to you
- Payout method: PayPal (you configure your PayPal email in your affiliate dashboard)
A conversion is recorded only when someone signs up and upgrades to a paid plan within the 30-day window. Free plan signups do not generate a commission — they must become paying customers for you to earn.
Applying to the program
The affiliate program requires an application to ensure alignment with Swokei's brand. Click "Affiliate" in the sidebar to access the application form. Fill in your name, email, and a brief description of how you plan to promote Swokei (e.g., referrals within your agency, YouTube reviews, LinkedIn posts, etc.). Submit your application and you'll receive an email within a few days confirming approval or requesting additional information. Most applications from genuine Swokei users who want to refer colleagues and clients are approved.
Your affiliate dashboard
Once approved, the Affiliate page becomes your dashboard displaying:
- Your referral link — a unique URL (e.g.
swokei.com?ref=yourcode) you share with potential users - Total clicks — how many people have clicked your link
- Total sign-ups — how many of those clicks converted to signups
- Total earned — your lifetime commission earnings
- Total paid — how much has been paid to your PayPal so far
- Pending commissions — earnings not yet paid out
- Detailed transaction log — breakdown of each commission showing the referred user, payment date, commission amount, and status (pending or paid)
Sharing your referral link
Copy your link from the dashboard by clicking the copy icon next to it. You can promote Swokei through:
- Blog posts or tutorials about cold outreach tools and email campaigns
- Social media, especially LinkedIn where agencies gather
- YouTube reviews or product demonstrations
- Private communities, Slack groups, or newsletters for web agencies and freelancers
- Direct recommendations to colleagues and clients you think would benefit
Important: you may run paid ads to drive traffic to your own content (a blog review, YouTube video) that contains your affiliate link. However, you cannot bid on Swokei's brand name or run paid ads that link directly to Swokei's website with your affiliate code. Setting up PayPal payouts
Before you can receive payments, add your PayPal email to your dashboard. Find the "Payout settings" field, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account, and click "Save". A confirmation appears once saved.
Commissions accumulate in your balance and are paid out monthly. Commissions are marked as "Pending" when a referred user's payment is processed. They move to "Paid" when the payout is transferred to your PayPal. There may be a short delay between a referred user's payment and when it appears in your dashboard. Your balance typically reaches the minimum payout threshold quickly once you have referrals, and payouts process at the end of each calendar month covering all confirmed conversions from that period.
