Three layers of verification, not just regex. Swokei checks the format, looks up MX records, and pings the inbox.
Catch-all detection
Knows when a domain accepts everything to mask invalid addresses. Flagged separately so you can choose whether to send.
Reputation safe
Bad addresses get filtered out before the campaign starts. Lower bounce rate. Higher inbox placement. Cleaner stats.

Bounces hurt deliverability for the whole domain. Swokei filters out the addresses that shouldn't be sent to before the campaign even launches.
Syntax check
Format, character set, structure. Anything obviously broken gets flagged immediately, no network request needed.
Domain check
Does the domain exist and resolve? Catches typos and dead domains before they cost you a hard bounce.
MX lookup
Does the domain have valid mail-exchange records? If no mail server exists, the address is invalid by definition.
Live SMTP handshake
Opens a real connection to the receiving server and asks if the inbox exists, without sending an email. Most accurate signal you can get.
Catch-all flagging
Some domains accept any address — useful for the recipient, useless for verification. These get marked separately so you can decide whether to risk it.
Disposable detection
Trash-mail, temp-mail, mailinator-style domains get flagged so they're never used in a campaign.
Role-account flagging
info@, sales@, support@ — these usually go to a shared inbox or get auto-deleted. Swokei marks them so you can choose.
Bulk verify
Run a list of any size through the verifier without launching a campaign. Export the clean list or use it as a campaign source.
How it works
Step by step.
Verification runs as you import leads
When you upload a CSV, sync a Sheet, or pull from Lead Gen, Swokei runs each address through three checks before it lands in the campaign.
Syntax check
Format, character set, and structure get validated against RFC rules. Anything obviously broken gets flagged immediately.
DNS and MX lookup
The domain is checked for valid mail exchange records. If no mail server exists for the domain, the address is marked invalid.
Live SMTP handshake
Swokei opens a connection to the receiving mail server and asks if the inbox exists, without actually sending an email. Catch-all domains get flagged so you know the result is uncertain.
Bad addresses are excluded automatically
Invalid and risky addresses get filtered out of the campaign. You can review the failures, override anything you trust, and launch with a clean list.
