Swokei is operated by StudioIndex - F.Z.C (Registration Number: 43943). To run the service we use third-party providers in the categories below. Where they handle personal data that our customers control (leads, contacts and the emails sent to them), they act as our sub-processors under our Data Processing Agreement.
Customers can get the full list, naming each provider, what it receives and where, by writing to [email protected]. We send it within five working days.

Services you choose to connect
These receive data only because you connect them, and they act on your instructions under your own agreement with them:
- Your email provider (for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, or any provider you connect over SMTP and IMAP). Swokei sends your campaigns from your own mailbox and reads replies from it, so your provider carries every email you send and receive.
- Google sign-in and Google Sheets, Drive and Calendar, when you sign in with Google or connect those tools.
Where leads come from
When you search for leads, Swokei looks first in its own business directory, held on our own servers. For places the directory does not cover, it asks a business-listings service for the businesses in that place. That service receives only the search (a type of business and a place), not your account data or your lead lists.
On our website
Analytics and advertising tools on swokei.com run only after you accept that category of cookies. The Cookie Policy lists them.
Transfers outside the EEA and the UK
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for UK data) or another transfer mechanism recognised by the applicable law. The Data Processing Agreement explains how this works between you and us.
Changes to this list
We update the full list before a new sub-processor starts processing Customer Personal Data. Customers can object to a new sub-processor as described in the Data Processing Agreement. To be told about changes by email, write to [email protected].
