    Set up your pipeline once

    Open the CRM tab and define your stages. Default is New, Qualified, Demo booked, Proposal sent, Won, Lost — but you can rename, reorder, or add custom stages per workspace.

    Positive replies create deals automatically

    When the inbox classifies a reply as Interested, Swokei creates a deal in the New column with the lead's info, the campaign source, and the full email history attached.

    Move deals through the pipeline

    Drag deals between stages on the board. Each card shows value, next-touch task, last activity, and the original campaign — so you always know what to do next.

    Log activity as you go

    Add notes, log calls, attach files, set reminders. Everything stays attached to the deal and the lead, so handoffs and follow-ups are clean.

    Forecast and report on the pipeline

    The CRM dashboard shows total pipeline value, weighted forecast by stage, win rate, and average days-to-close. Filter by campaign or teammate to see what's working.

    In the main left navigation under CRM. Replies that get classified as Interested in the inbox auto-create a deal — you'll see them appear in the New column without lifting a finger.
