Referrals dry up and ads get expensive. Swokei gives your agency a channel you control: real businesses, real website problems, and emails that start the conversation.
Free. No card, no sign-up to try it.
Swokei is a website analysis tool for designers and agencies that studies every prospect’s site and writes the cold email that lands you the work.
Real businesses anywhere in the world, each with a verified email ready to reach.
Everything from design and layout to load speed, mobile and SEO, read page by page in a real browser rather than guessed from the URL.
Every email names the real problems it found on that site. No templates, no swapping a first name into the same paragraph.
Swokei does the reading and the writing. You read what it wrote, and nothing leaves your mailbox until you say so.
Opens, replies and interest, all tracked so you can see what is landing.
Almost every agency starts on referrals. They close well, because someone vouched for you, but you cannot decide when the next one arrives, and a quiet month for your network is a quiet month for you.
Search brings clients who are already looking, but it takes many months of content and links before it pays. Paid ads are fast but expensive in competitive local markets, and stop the moment you stop paying. Outbound, contacting businesses that need you before they start looking, is the one channel where you decide the volume, the niche and the timing.
Warm and high-converting, but out of your control.
Compounds over time, slow to start.
Fast, but every lead is paid for.
You choose who, where and how many.
Outbound has a bad reputation because most of it is bad: bought lists and copied templates sent at volume. For a web design agency it can be the opposite, because your product is visible on every prospect's website before you ever speak to them.
When you can show a business owner a real problem on their own site and explain what it costs them, you are not interrupting them with a pitch. You are telling them something useful they did not know. That is why research-led outbound books calls when generic outbound does not.
A dependable system has four steps. Choose a niche and an area. Build a list of businesses in it with a website and a reachable email. Check each website and keep only the ones with real problems. Write to each owner about their site, follow up a few times, and turn the replies into calls.
Swokei runs that whole loop in one place. It finds the businesses, verifies the emails, analyses every site, writes the emails and follow-ups, sends them from your mailboxes and sorts the replies by intent. You choose the niche, approve the emails and take the calls.
Businesses by industry and location, with verified emails.
Every site scored; strong ones skipped.
Emails and follow-ups written from each site's findings.
Sorted by intent so the interested ones are first.
Look at replies and booked calls, not opens. Open tracking is unreliable now that many mail apps load images automatically, while a reply is unambiguous. If replies are low, check the list and the email before the volume: a sharper niche and a more specific first line usually move the number more than sending twice as much.
Give each batch time. Most replies arrive after a follow-up, so judge a campaign once its sequence has finished, not on the first day.
The main thing I like is that the emails actually have something relevant to say. Instead of sending the same pitch to everyone, I can mention their design, SEO or mobile experience without doing the research manually.
Great tool. I'd recommend Swokei to any web designer looking to get more web design clients.
We were already doing outreach for our web design company, but most of the time we were guessing what to say. Now we let Swokei analyze business websites, find real issues, and turn them into personalized emails we can still send at scale.
We run a small web design agency and outreach has always been one of those things we know we need to do but never had enough time for. Swokei made it much easier to keep it consistent.
We send far more outreach than before and it's more personal, not less. That combination just didn't exist for us until this.
One of my employees kept telling me to give Swokei a try. I was pretty skeptical at first, but after using it for a while, it quickly became part of our daily outreach.
Credits and lead generation are the only two things that count down. Mailboxes, emails sent and campaigns are unlimited on every paid plan.
One credit is one lead's website read and one email written for it. That is the whole meter.
Analyzing a site and writing that lead its email, one per lead. Verifying an address, one per address.
Sending, follow-ups, reply sorting, warmup, lead search, your own templates and the CRM.
Unused monthly credits carry into next month, up to one month's worth on top.
Straight answers about the work, the tool and what it costs.
Use referrals and search for the long term, and outbound for the leads you can control now: a narrow niche, websites checked for real problems, and emails written about each site.

Reads every prospect's site and writes the outreach that lands you the work.
